Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 – 2 kiwis
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 cup coconut water

Topping

  • More kiwi
  • Goji berries
  • Coconut flakes

Method:
Pour ½ cup coconut water  into blender (start with more if you are not using a high-speed blender), and then add the banana, one of the kiwis,  and spinach. Blend until smooth, adding more coconut water as needed. Top with kiwi, unsweetened coconut flakes, goji berries, or any other toppings you have on hand, and enjoy!
