Hi! I’m a plant-based cook and health coach in New York City (and sometimes LA). I’m passionate about good food that makes you feel as good as it tastes. On my site, I share my simple, mostly plant-based recipes along with my love for clean beauty, travel, and more.

I grew up with chefs in my family that instilled my love of home cooking. My own experience with chronic migraines and vertigo spurred me onto a health-focused path and a gluten free lifestyle. I’m a Certified Holistic Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and continued my studies at Parsley Health, a modern functional medicine practice.

When I’m not in the kitchen or on the road, I’m working with companies and private clients to help them feel their best, hosting supper clubs (stay tuned for 2017 dates!), or teaching a cooking class at Haven’s Kitchen.
