Hi! I’m a plant-based cook and health coach in New York City (and sometimes LA). I’m passionate about good food that makes you feel as good as it tastes. On my site, I share my simple, mostly plant-based recipes along with my love for clean beauty, travel, and more.

I grew up with chefs in my family that instilled my love of home cooking. My own experience with chronic migraines and vertigo spurred me onto a health-focused path and a gluten free lifestyle. I’m a Certified Holistic Health Coach through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and continued my studies at Parsley Health, a modern functional medicine practice.

Since starting this blog several years ago, I’ve published my first cookbook, Good Clean Food, which is now available everywhere books are sold. (Here’s the scoop on the book). I took about a year+ hiatus while working behind the scenes as a co-founder of Clean Market, which I like to say is everything you need to live better, in a single space. I’m back, and focused on sharing one pot recipes that match the ease that I like to bring to my kitchen these days.
