During the rush of the new year, it easy to let your meal planning and healthy goals go to the wayside unless you have some easy recipes in your back pocket. In this class, students will create simple dishes that will soon become staples in the weekly rotation. Students will learn how to batch cook and repurpose ingredients to make every night of the week easier but still delicious.
In addition to cooking we’ll go over some pantry basics and tips on how to plan for the week ahead of cooking.
