Undo your usual cereal-slash-yogurt morning cycle, as Lily will teach students how to become an expert smoothie operator and breakfast genius. Learn how to blend up filling and vibrant smoothies that balance flavor, texture and nutrition, which are easier said than done.

In addition, students will learn how to build colorful smoothie bowls, chia puddings and other plant-based breakfasts that will help you get a good start each day. We’ll discuss the power of whole foods, and students will take home a ready-to-blend smoothie. Lily will round out class with a few tips on how to up your Instagram game.
