Summer Hummus Platter
While we may be ready for some sweater weather after these last few weeks of heat, I would argue we are never ready to give up the bounty of summer fruits and veggies in my CSA and at the farmer’s market. I’m taking advantage of all late summer and early fall has to offer – colorful cauliflower, rainbow carrots, juicy tomatoes and crunchy cucumbers.
A quick trip to the farmer’s market is all you need to pull together a beautiful spread for a casual get together with friends and family. I love to pair all of these veggies with a delicious hummus, like Sabra’s Roasted Garlic or Roasted Red Pepper Hummus. Add some paleo crackers and castelvetrano olives and you’re all set.
Ingredients
- 5 – 6 seasonal veggies (like carrots, cucumbers, cauliflower, tomatoes, peppers, etc)
- 1 – 2 of your favorite Sabra Hummus’ (like Roasted Garlic and Roasted Red Pepper)
- Few types of your favorite gluten free crackers
- Optional: castelvetrano olives, nuts
Method
Prep all your veggies, arrange, serve and enjoy!
This post is in partnership with Sabra. All opinions are my own – thanks for your support!

This is amazing. I recently ate something similar when I went to celebrate my first win here new casino games NZ https://mr.bet/casino. I'm a student. I don't have much money. I decided to fix it. I'm making more money now because I've decided to change my life. If you want to do it, do it. It's simple. Do you agree with me?

Sorry i didn't understood the method. I mean, do we have to boil the veggies or simply arrange it on plate to eat
