These protein packed truffles are slightly modified from an Oh She Glows recipe. They make the perfect dessert or mid-afternoon snack, and I often bring them to work and put them in the freezer at the beginning of the week. They are also nut free!
Despite the long list of ingredients, this is a super simple one to put together and throw on salads for the week.
Makes 12 macaroons.
